What are Cookies?

They can be divided into navigation cookies or session, which guarantee normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); analytics cookies, assimilated to technical cookies when used directly by the site manager to collect information , in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site itself; functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for the purchase) in order to improve the service provided.
For the installation of these cookies, the prior consent of the users is not required, while the obligation to provide the information pursuant to art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, which the site manager, if he only uses such devices, may provide in the manner he deems most suitable.
b) Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies are aimed at creating profiles relating to the user and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user when browsing the internet.
European and Italian legislation requires that the user must be adequately informed about their use and thus express their valid consent.
The art refers to them. 122 of the Code where it provides that "the storage of information in the terminal device of a contractor or user or access to information already archived is permitted only on condition that the contractor or user has expressed his/her consent after being been informed using the simplified procedures referred to in article 13, paragraph 3". (art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code regarding the protection of personal data).
c) Third party cookies for marketing/retargeting
Third-party cookies are used by third-party companies and allow the user to view advertising banners on other affiliated sites showing the latest products displayed on the remediaerbe.it site. Furthermore, while browsing the site these cookies are used to make you view products that may interest you and similar to those seen previously.
These cookies allow us to:
- recognize when you return to visit our site;
- allow the completion of a purchase order;
- to remind the user of the contents of the "cart" should he wish to return to visit the site in the future;
