Shipping Times

The goods are delivered by courier within 3-4 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from acceptance of the order. The order is considered accepted once payment has been made by Paypal or in the case of bank transfer.

Shipping and deliveries in Italy

Shipping is carried out by express courier. Please take particular care when filling in your personal data and shipping address when completing the order, reporting real and correct data, in particular the e-mail address and telephone number, which are essential for any communications regarding the products purchased .

If such data proves to be untrue or incorrect, in the impossibility of contacting the customer, the order will be automatically cancelled.

We cannot guarantee deliveries at particular times specified by the customer nor guarantee that the courier telephones to arrange delivery.

At the customer's request, we will provide the mobile number communicated to us, but we remind you that couriers are not obliged to call before delivery. We therefore invite our customers to indicate a regularly inhabited delivery address.

During the Christmas period, and in particular for orders placed after December 15th, deliveries may be subject to delays not due to our will, as well as in the period from August 10th to 20th.

Some products, for various reasons (seasonality, poor availability or delivery difficulties of the manufacturer or distributor, etc.), may not always be immediately available and it may therefore take a few days before they are shipped.

In this case, when taking charge of the order, we will promptly inform the customer of any delay in delivery and agree on a partial shipment or a cancellation of such products from the rest of the order.

In the event that the customer is not available to wait, the products in question will be immediately fully refunded and the order cancelled.

For any problems relating to the transport of the products, the customer is required to verify the integrity of the package and its contents and to report any anomaly to us within 7 days of receipt.

Order confirmation

Upon receipt of your order, you will be sent an acknowledgment message. This message is only an order confirmation, i.e. acknowledgment of the customer's request, not confirmation of payment. The order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment by the customer.

In particular, in the case of payment via Paypal, we invite you to make sure that the payment was successful by consulting your credit institution.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 22/5/99 n.185, which transposes Directive 97/7/EC relating to consumer protection regarding distance contracts, our customers have the right, if they are not satisfied with the goods received , to return the goods within 14 days of delivery.

In this case, a notice must be sent via email to info@heka.green within 14 days of receiving the package; However, shipping costs will not be refunded. The goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging.
